All members must be at least 16 years old. Members ages 16–17 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the Municipal Gym Membership Agreement before using the gym unaccompanied. Memberships are month to month and require 10 days’ advance notice before the next billing period to cancel, as more thoroughly described in the Municipal Gym Membership Agreement. Amenities, membership tiers and monthly rates may be modified or discontinued. Regular monthly membership dues start at $129.00/month. Discounted enrollment offers and promotional monthly rates are valid only on select memberships during any time periods stated and may not be available at presale locations. Unless the applicable offer terms state otherwise, taxes are not included and may apply.
